We actively pursue young people who are going through pivotal, history-shaping moments. A turning point can be anything from navigating a new school, living apart from your parents, becoming a teen parent, having addictions, being deaf or hard of hearing, or even maybe spending time in a youth jail.

These youth can often feel overlooked, and it is our passion to make them feel seen, heard, and valued. Our goal is to be a constant voice and presence in their lives.

As in all JPC worldwide, we are a "missionary" movement. We work with the focus of participating in the exercise of the great commission in everything we do. We use the word “movement” and not just “organization”. To describe that our mission is alive, moving forward, directed toward a goal, and constantly evolving to stay relevant.

To see all the youth of our nation walk with a sense of purpose and identity, practicing the values of the kingdom, having made the conscious decision to follow Christ and join a local church.

Our fundamental mission is to actively participate in the great commission together with the local church, bringing the good news of life and salvation through disciple programs and strategies that can connect with youth in the growth and transcendence of the new generations.

Youth for Christ Dominican Republic joins the LATAM Central Life Academies program. In order to reach young people using sport as a tool to bring them closer to the word of God. Its main focus is to evangelize and disciple young people using the discipline, training and entertainment of sports as an outreach strategy in the search to form values in the lives of the new generations. With this program we have the Mission of discipling and bringing the word of God to the Youth in a more personal, relational, and interactive way, showing a genuine interest in their advancement and personal growth.

It is a program associated with JPCRD that is developed as an institute specialized mainly in English and Music classes that seeks to facilitate access to this knowledge for young people and adolescents in various communities in the Dominican Republic and especially also for those less economically favored, so so that they have the opportunity to apply to scholarship and sponsorship programs that in turn can serve to self-support the ministry.

VIDA NUEVA

This program aims to get closer to those young people who live in poor communities, residential areas, and various sectors. With this program we have the mission of creating small life groups and in this way discipling and bringing the word of God to the Youth in a more personal, relational and interactive way, through weekly meetings and activities. In addition to this, the execution of general quarterly rally events that promote the participation and integration of new young people and adolescents so that they are part of the discipleship groups.
